RNG Foundry is a Gaming Accelerator based in Europe and run in association with Velo Partners, the UK’s most active gaming investor. The accelerator seeks to attract world-class talent in the casino games sector and is currently looking for a Senior Sales & Account Manager to help drive its operations and growth and raise its profile within the sector.

 

What Are We Looking For?

 

We encourage our studios to operate as independently as possible.  We believe the sales, business development and account management functions to be a critical part of each of our game studios and roles we hold in very high regard.

With the above in mind we’re currently looking to add a highly experienced Senior Sales & Account Manager to our team.  The successful candidate must have a deep knowledge and understanding of sales, business development and account management in the online regulated gaming sector.

We’re looking for;

 

  • That special someone to proactively work with our game studios to help them increase their appeal, profile and general studio identity in the iGaming online marketplace.Educating and informing them about our marketplace and helping them prepare their content for release into our wide reaching distribution network, will be very important parts of the role.

 

  • Someone who knows games, understands product and who has a proven track record of selling content into Tier 1, 2 & 3 operators.An extensive and well established network of known industry contacts is essential.

 

  • A customer service-oriented iGaming specialist who is passionate about the industry. Someone who understands the importance of building and managing close relationships with clients and handling them in a professional and organized manner.

 

  • An experienced professional in this field to work with our existing group Sales & Account Management teams to work with them to align on best practice, clarify process and to clearly determine channels of communication with all our potential customers.Working on pre go live/release strategy as well as looking to get premium exposure/positioning of all our future games.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • To become the designated point of contact and sales representative for each of our specified Game Studios.

 

  • Help educate and prepare our studios for go live and release into our wide distribution network.

 

  • Improve the profile and identity of our new studios, increasing their appeal to operators.

 

  • Build and maintain a broad contact base in each account and ensure that a mutual beneficial business relationship is created and evolves over time to maximize revenue earning potential.

 

  • Ensure the highest possible level of customer satisfaction and service.

 

  • To increase operator take up per game, look to increase revenue earning potential and grow business volumes.

 

  • Develop and evolve deeper integration and alignment with our existing Sales & Account Management functions within our group, as to improve how we work and best align on sales and overall business strategy.

 

  • Work to improve exposure re sales, product placement and positioning with all operators.

 

  • Build a seamless relationship with Game Studio Leads and all respective group Sales/business stakeholders.At all times be mindful and respectful of the group and its overall vision and global strategy.

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • 3-5 years of experience as Senior Sales or Senior Account Manager within the iGaming industry.

 

  • Have a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio and achieving/exceeding, established revenue targets and successful delivery in the I-gaming space.

 

  • Someone who knows how

 

  • Strong interpersonal and people skills and naturally outgoing.A tenacious but pragmatic attitude, proactive go getter with a personable character.

 

  • Ability to see the bigger picture, analytic and structured with high degree of discipline, and initiative taking.

 

  • A record of developing strong working relationships with executives, peers, and associates.

 

  • Able to work independently and/or as part of a wider reaching existing Sales/Account Management. group function/team

 

  • Commercially minded, with a proven track record in presenting, the ability to present and explain RNG games, showcase market awareness, explain and analyze numbers to support the underlaying proposal/business case.

 

  • Highly motivated, organized, professional and ready and able to confidently work independently.

 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders demonstrating a holistic business view.

 

  • Confident and articulate, well-schooled in handling customer inquiries and difficult negotiations.

 

  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English, additional languages are highly desirable.
